why do we want to hear from you?
At Sing out Strong, we know the power of music to help with mental health and wellbeing. And we want to start talking about mental HEALTH before it becomes mental ILLNESS. So, we're looking for some stories, quotes and testimonials of how music has helped YOU when things have been tough, in advance of Time to Talk Day on February 6th, which aims to get the nation talking about mental health.
